29 août, Saint Vincent, Sabine et Christète, martyrs (✝ v. 305)
Venant d’Evora pour se réfugier à Avila en Espagne, Vicente et ses sœurs furent mis à mort avec cruauté. Les « actes » de leur martyre font état de nombreuses tortures et de nombreux miracles.
Leurs reliques sont conservées dans la basilique Saint Vincent à Avila.
On fête également les Jean-Baptiste, Crispin, Médéric et Merry.

Coming from Evora to take refuge in Avila in Spain, Vicente and his sisters were put to death with cruelty. The “acts” of their martyrdom show many tortures and many miracles.
