Tarte rustique Crottin de Chavignol, miel & jambon fumé

Pour satisfaire une envie de fromage !

Ingrédients :

1 Pâte brisée

1 crottin de Chavignol

3 tranches de Jambon fumé

1 Cuillère à soupe de Miel

2 Œufs

30 cl de Crème fraîche épaisse

Sel, Poivre

Ingredients :

1 shortcrust pastry

1 Chavignol dung

3 slices of smoked ham

1 Tablespoon of Honey

2 eggs

30 cl of heavy cream

Salt pepper

Préparation

Préchauffer le four à 200°C.

Couper le Crottin de Chavignol en petits morceaux.

Dans un bol, mettre le fromage de chèvre découpé, ajouter le miel et mélanger, puis réserver.

Dans un cul de poule, battre les œufs avec la crème épaisse. Saler et poivrer.

Couper le jambon en fines lamelles.

Dans un moule à tarte, étaler la pâte. Déposer dans l’ordre : le mélange chèvre-miel, les tranches de jambon et la préparation crème-œufs puis replier les bords de la pâte sur la garniture.

Enfourner pendant 40 minutes.

Mon petit plus : si vous avez le temps préférez une pâte brisée maison !

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the Crottin de Chavignol into small pieces.

In a bowl, put the cut goat cheese, add the honey and mix, then set aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the heavy cream. Salt and pepper.

Cut the ham into thin strips.

In a pie pan, spread the dough. Place in order: the goat cheese-honey mixture, the slices of ham and the cream-egg preparation then fold the edges of the dough over the filling.

Bake for 40 minutes.

My little extra: if you have time, prefer a homemade shortcrust pastry!
